First blog post

Hi my name is Colin. I’m an American and I live in the Southeast of the United States. Growing up I camped with my family in Yosemite, Death Valley, Baxter State Park, The Grand Canyon and enjoyed the wide open spaces of the US. Having visited SE Asia (Kaeng Krachan Park in Thailand), the Middle East (The Rub’ al Khali in Saudi Arabia), Africa (Kakum National Forest in Ghana), and Europe (Mount Vesuvius – Italy) – I’ve seen beautiful open spaces everywhere. I’ve also seen greed, rampant environmental exploitation, and dire homelessness and the lost – I haven’t seen it all but I’ve seen enough to know that I’d like to take a shot about making a difference about it.

I’ve also seen the meteoric rise of cryptocurrency, read several books on the subject and recognized that the world is approaching a shift in what is possible when visionary folks think big about changing the world. As a pragmatic optimist, I think it can happen, and I feel lucky that the wind of inspiration found its way to me to come upon LandFree.

I am hoping that I am not alone in this and I sure could use your help in whatever way that inspires you around this shared vision. Please contact me per the website, let’s change the world – one open space at a time.

Very Respectfully,

Colin
