Q1 2018
- Incorporate a Delaware based LLC for LandFree organization
- Build a draft business plan & draft operating agreement
- File Non-profit 501(c)(3) Application for Non-profit status
- Establish Trust and core By-laws: Identify Trustees and Beneficiaries model
Q2 2018
- Develop a core Advisory group that includes:
- International Lawyers familiar with Land trusts
- US Region Strategic Acquisition advisors
- Investor Relations
- Shelter Outreach Coordinator
- Cryptocurrency Subject Matter Expert
- Identify Merchants and Industry Stakeholders
- Developing Co-Branding Initiatives and Fundraising opportunities
Q3 2018
- Establish MUIRCoin Cryptocurrency
- Establish MUIRCoin Roadmap
- Develop MUIRCoin Faucet on website
Q4 2018
- Identify first Land Acquisition
- Acquire Open Space
- Develop Conservation & Stewardship plan for property
- Develop Primitive Camp Sites
- Develop Stewardship residence and sustainment units
- Leverage natural renewable energy sources (Solar, Wind, Tidal [dependent on location]) for power
- Leverage Tiny House / Modular housing format
- Provide sustainable growing habitat for Steward residents (vegetable fields / greenhouse)
Q1 2019
- Open First space for camping / hiking
